Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we totally get it! To keep things fair for our sitters and ensure availability for all pet parents:
Visits & Walks: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Overnight Care: 5-day advance notice is required.
Late cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee.
Extra Pet Fee
We adore multi-pet households! A $5 fee per extra pet applies since all prices are based on care for one pet per booking. Exceptions may apply—just reach out!

Free Consultation – Let’s Meet!
Before your first booking, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation, a "meet & greet" to get to know you and your pet(s). This allows us to understand their temperament, daily routine, and any special care needs, ensuring the best experience for everyone.
During this meeting, we’ll:
Discuss our services and answer your questions
Review policies, contracts, and instructions
Complete necessary forms and gather keys (if required)
Take a quick dog-walking trial to ensure a smooth experience
The first consultation is free, and any additional meetings are available for $25.
Reservations – Secure Your Spot!
We recommend booking at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. Since pet care spots fill up quickly, the sooner you reserve, the better!
Short-Notice Booking Fees:
Less than 48 hours' notice: $$5 fee
Less than 24 hours' notice: $$10 fee
This applies to unexpected schedule changes, including early returns from vacations. We would appreciate a 48-hour heads-up to help us accommodate all clients!
Payments – Stress-Free & Simple
To keep things smooth, payments are due on or before the first day of service.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash, Personal Check, Zelle
Refund & Non-Payment Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee, no exceptions.
